In your respective category, such as architect or civil engineer, you must have or be on track to achieve a minimum of 1 year of work experience/tenure in your region.

- You must have either a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Master’s Degree in Architecture, a 3 year Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/B.Tech/M.Tech, or a 3 year Diploma or Degree in Interior Design.
Terms And Conditons to Become Our Franchisee
The franchisee is not allowed to take on or complete any personal project provided by House Nakshe Wala. House Nakshe Wala will not provide any further leads for you if we discover you are working with our clients for your own personal gain.
Your firm and your client cannot conduct any direct or indirect monetary transactions. In cases where a transaction needs to be carried out, it must initially be informed to us and it must be carried out through House Nakshe Wala.
House Nakshe Wala franchisees are required to inform us of their work schedule.
You are responsible for responding to our company if you need information or updates.
It is your responsibility to agree to perform certain things for the good of us and your goodwill upon House Nakshe Wala’s reasonable request.
Taking care of each site visit is your responsibility as a Franchisee. Any mishap will not be the responsibility of the company if you cross-verify the client.
